Free shipping on items shipped within the continental United States.
Return Policy: All sales are final. But please contact us with any issues and we will do our very best to accommodate.
We ship via ground delivery. When items are in stock, standard shipping time is 5-7 business days. Due to Covid-19, shipping may possibly be delayed. We ship orders out Tuesdays and Thursdays.
For Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders:
Please email us prior to placing your order. You will be quoted a cost for shipping to your location. If you would like to make a purchase at that time, you will be billed for your total order cost via a Paypal invoice. Orders will not ship until payment has been received and cleared.
Due to the high shipping costs to bring in overseas items, all sales are final. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will negotiate a replacement for the item. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Please read and look carefully before making a final purchase. Feel free to contact us if you’d like more info or pictures of a specific item before final purchase.
Customer order information is only used to process your order and is never shared with anyone. Customer email addresses are used to send shipment updates and occassional updates regarding ReFind Decor.
